Philadelphia just keeps getting gayer, and that's a great thing. Last weekend, Lou Cutler was "crowned" Mr. Gay Philadelphia. Why's that astounding? Cutler is transgender. In fact, he's the first trans man to hold such a title.
Congrats, Lou, keep on being who you are!
